Danish Energy Efficiency Partners Sdn. Bhd. (DEEP) was formed in 2015 by cooperation between Danish International Energy Management A/S and the Danish Climate Investment Fund. The objective of the company is to develop and finance energy efficiency projects in Malaysia.

DEEP is an Energy Service Company (ESCO) providing energy efficiency projects to Clients in Malaysia and around the World through Energy Performance Contracting (EPC). The company is a one-stop shop for advisory services, procurement & installation of energy efficiency technologies as well as investor and financer of the project costs.



DEEP provides an integrated system solution for increased energy efficiency in buildings. We offer the full project cycle for the implementation of energy and water efficiency in buildings, from the initial audits, through design, finance, procurement, installation and monitoring.

This significantly reduces the barriers for implementation of energy and water efficiency and green technologies.

DEEP guarantee energy savings and ensures improvement of indoor climate for our clients. Our work spans from energy audits to partial or complete renovations, monitoring of energy use and building user campaigns.

DEEP is owned by Danish Energy Efficiency Partners P/S, which is owned by Danish International Energy Management A/S (part of Danish Management Group) and the Danish Climate Investment Fund (IFU).

The Danish Climate Investment Fund (KIF) offers risk capital and advice for climate investments in developing countries and emerging markets in Asia, Africa, Latin America and parts of Europe. KIF is managed by the Investment Fund for Developing Countries (IFU), which has participated in more than 1,200 investments in more than 100 countries in cooperation with Danish trade and industry. KIF has procured DKK 1.3bn of public and private funds. The Danish government and IFU have provided the public funds. Private funds have been contributed by pension funds and private investment funds.
